If you have recurring events or a regular schedule, we can accommodate those needs with long-term or ongoing bookings. Just let us know your requirements, and we'll work with you to find the best solution.
Yes, The Meeting Room is available for booking seven days a week, including weekends.
No, we provide all standard equipment, including a TV monitor, whiteboards, high-speed Wi-Fi (500mb), copier, scanner, printer, fax, refrigerator, microwave and bluetooth music system. No PA system (room is not that large).
There is no food service in the building, but you are welcome to bring or have food & drinks catered. There is a small frigerator with a freezer along with a microwave oven to assist with food & drinks.
Yes, we offer a separate, fully private Closing Room for confidential discussions, interviews, or finalizing deals. It's just down the hall from the main meeting room.
Yes, The Meeting Room and the entire building are fully wheelchair accessible. We strive to make all our facilities accessible to everyone.
There is an online application link on the website. The pulldown menu (the 3 horiz. lines at the top) will take you to the link. When the application has been completed the building owner will be notified.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund, unless other agreeents are made in advance of booking.

Yes, you're welcome to decorate the room as needed. However, please avoid using tape or nails that might damage the walls. Let us know in advance if you need help with setup.
