What types of events can I host in your meeting room?

You can host a variety of events, including business meetings, workshops, seminars, conferences, training sessions, networking events, parties, and private celebrations.

Can I book the meeting room for a few hours, or do I need to reserve it for a full day?

We offer flexible booking options, including hourly, half-day, and full-day reservations. Additionally, we love working with regular users such as personal trainers, church groups, and other organizations who need set times and days. If you have recurring events or a regular schedule, we can accommodate those needs with long-term or ongoing bookings. Just let us know your requirements, and we'll work with you to find the best solution.

Is the meeting room available on weekends and evenings?

Yes, The Meeting Room is available for booking seven days a week, including weekends.

Do I need to provide my own equipment (like projectors or microphones)?

No, we provide all standard equipment, including a TV monitor, whiteboards, high-speed Wi-Fi (500mb), copier, scanner, printer, fax, refrigerator, microwave and bluetooth music system. No PA system (room is not that large).

What if we want food and drinks?

There is no food service in the building, but you are welcome to bring or have food & drinks catered. There is a small frigerator with a freezer along with a microwave oven to assist with food & drinks.

Do you have a Separate Closing Room for private conversations?

Yes, we offer a separate, fully private Closing Room for confidential discussions, interviews, or finalizing deals. It's just down the hall from the main meeting room.

Is The Meeting Room wheelchair accessible?

Yes, The Meeting Room and the entire building are fully wheelchair accessible. We strive to make all our facilities accessible to everyone.

What is the application process?

There is an online application link on the website. The pulldown menu (the 3 horiz. lines at the top) will take you to the link. When the application has been completed the building owner will be notified.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund, unless other agreeents are made in advance of booking.

I also need an office space, what are our options?

We are a part of the Dome on Nisqualli, a commercial building with both virtual mail & address serivices and shared work spaces. Contact us or go to OfficeSpaceVictorville.com for details.

Can I decorate The Meeting Room for my event?

Yes, you're welcome to decorate the room as needed. However, please avoid using tape or nails that might damage the walls. Let us know in advance if you need help with setup.

Is there a deposit required?

Most reservations require a $40 cleaning deposit.
